Best Western Stoke On Trent City Centre Hotel, Stoke-on-Trent

The hotel rooms were generally unclean and very hot, with really squeaky floors which made the stay super annoying. However, the service was really hospitable and accommodating, even moving us from a room that smelt of smoke. The location was perfect for our visit to Victoria Hall, although it felt a bit unsafe at night. The dining experience was of an okay standard for the price, and the facilities met our basic needs.

The hotel is conveniently located near the pool and good restaurants, but the rooms have very thin walls, making it noisy with some disruptive guests. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were slight issues with communication. The reception area is easy to find, but the surroundings look a bit run down. Dining had an excellent selection but was overpriced with limited options.
